Woman takes man’s wallet; he grabs her purse
LAWRENCE — A woman jumped a man from behind, pulled him to the ground and robbed him of his wallet, then fled, leaving her purse behind, police said. Police were seeking seeking an arrest warrant for the woman based on documents in her purse.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs reiterated this week that proof for President Obama’s birthplace in Hawaii “had been posted online,” but some contend that the posted abbreviated “Certification of Live Birth” does not provide such proof, as “a child does not even have to be born in Hawaii to receive such a COLB.” In light of persistent rumors and affidavits alleging that Mr. Obama was born in Kenya, they demand the release of his “long-form, hospital generated birth certificate” to fulfill the requirements of the US Constitution and the Immigration Law in effect in 1961, that only a natural-born American citizen can serve as American President.

A former military officer who has pursued a criminal complaint accusing President Obama of treason over his refusal to provide his original birth certificate is facing a court hearing in two weeks over allegations of disorderly conduct and “rioting” for confronting a grand-jury meeting in Tennessee. Retired US Navy officer Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, who has run a campaign for two decades to uncover and try to correct what he believes are criminal activities within the military, leveled the accusations against Obama. In his complaint addressed to Obama via US Attorney Russell Dedrick and Assistant US Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee, Fitzpatrick wrote then: “You have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment.” He continued, “I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.” Now Fitzpatrick is facing a local court hearing in Monroe County, Tenn., on municipal and county allegations of resisting arrest, riot, disorderly conduct and interrupting a meeting.
